Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Chef Miles Henderson brings Southern soul and culinary artistry to the streets of Richmond, Virginia. As the proud owner and creative force behind Rollin Eatz, Miles has built a food trailer experience that blends bold flavors, heartfelt hospitality, and a passion for community.
After graduating magna cum laude from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in 2014 with an associate degree in Culinary Arts, Miles set out to share his love of food in a way that was approachable, exciting, and mobile. Rollin Eatz is the result—a rolling kitchen serving up dishes that celebrate tradition while adding a modern twist.
Chef Miles has always worked in food, honing his craft across restaurants, bars, and country clubs. These diverse experiences have given him a deep appreciation for the many ways food can connect people and create memorable moments.
